Position: Remote Smart Contracts & Digital Assets Engineer
Location: Remote (State of Kuwait)

The Smart Contracts & Digital Assets Engineer will play a central role in building trustless financial systems, ensuring that blockchain-based applications operate with precision, security, and scalability.
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of smart contract development:
- Designing and developing smart contracts for financial applications such as payments, lending, and asset tokenization
- Writing secure, efficient, and auditable code using blockchain programming languages (e.g., Solidity)
- Conducting rigorous testing and auditing to identify vulnerabilities
- Deploying smart contracts on blockchain networks and monitoring performance
- Collaborating with product teams to translate business requirements into decentralized solutions
- Staying updated on emerging trends in blockchain and digital assets
Technical Environment
- Blockchain platforms (Ethereum and similar ecosystems)
- Smart contract languages (Solidity, Vyper)
- Development tools (Truffle, Hardhat, Remix)
- Security practices including code audits and vulnerability assessments
Required Competencies
- Strong programming skills with a focus on blockchain development
- Understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and token standards
- Knowledge of cryptographic principles and secure coding practices
- Ability to identify and mitigate smart contract vulnerabilities
Professional Profile
- 4–8 years in software engineering, with a focus on blockchain or fintech systems
- Experience building or contributing to blockchain-based financial applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
