A highly experienced Shipping Fintech Product Manager is required to lead product innovation across trade settlement systems, freight payment workflows, and digital logistics finance platforms.

This fully remote role focuses on bridging shipping operations, financial settlement systems, and digital payment ecosystems.

Core Mission

To build shipping-fintech products that enable:

• Seamless cross-border freight payments
• Real-time trade settlement visibility
• Digitized shipping invoices and payment workflows
• Improved liquidity for logistics operators
• End-to-end supply chain financial transparency

Primary Responsibilities

1. Shipping Payment Product Strategy

• Define product vision for digital freight payments, shipping invoices, and cross-border trade settlement systems.
• Design financial workflows that integrate logistics operations with fintech payment rails.
• Improve efficiency of international shipping transactions and freight financing.

2. Trade Finance & Logistics Integration

• Work with shipping ecosystems to digitize trade documentation and payment reconciliation.
• Improve integration between shipping systems, banks, and payment providers.
• Support automation of freight financing and cargo-related financial flows.

3. Customer Experience & Platform Optimization

• Improve user experience for logistics companies, freight forwarders, and trade operators.
• Reduce friction in invoice settlement and international payment cycles.
• Enhance transparency across shipping financial transactions.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and compliance teams.
• Translate shipping business needs into scalable fintech product features.
• Ensure compliance with cross-border trade and financial regulations.
