A highly skilled Senior Trading Backend Engineer is required to design and maintain mission-critical trading infrastructure supporting real-time order execution, market data processing, and brokerage systems.

This fully remote engineering role focuses on high-frequency data pipelines, exchange connectivity, and execution engine reliability within modern fintech trading environments.

Core Mission

To build and optimize trading backend systems that ensure:

• Ultra-low latency order execution
• Reliable market data ingestion and distribution
• High-throughput trading infrastructure scalability
• Stable integration with global exchanges and liquidity venues
• Fault-tolerant financial execution environments

Primary Responsibilities

1. Trading Execution Engine Development

• Design and maintain backend systems responsible for order routing, execution logic, and trade lifecycle management.
• Optimize execution speed and reliability across high-volume trading environments.
• Improve system determinism for time-sensitive financial transactions.

2. Market Data Infrastructure

• Build real-time data pipelines for market feeds, pricing engines, and liquidity tracking systems.
• Ensure low-latency processing of tick-level financial data.
• Maintain data integrity across distributed trading systems.

3. Exchange & Liquidity Integration

• Integrate with global exchanges, liquidity providers, and trading venues.
• Maintain connectivity resilience and failover mechanisms.
• Support multi-asset trading environments across equities, FX, and digital assets.

4. Performance Optimization & System Reliability

• Improve backend system scalability under high trading loads.
• Reduce latency bottlenecks and optimize infrastructure performance.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response frameworks.
