Mission Objective

Primary Responsibilities
1. ESG Financial Analytics & Sustainability Intelligence
- Develop advanced ESG analytical frameworks measuring sustainability performance across financial operations
- Build data-driven ESG reporting systems supporting institutional finance and digital banking ecosystems
- Analyze environmental and social performance indicators impacting financial strategy and operational resilience
2. Climate Risk & Sustainable Finance Modeling
- Conduct climate risk analysis surrounding operational finance, lending portfolios, and investment ecosystems
- Build predictive sustainability intelligence models supporting long-term financial resilience
- Evaluate carbon exposure, sustainability metrics, and climate-sensitive financial performance indicators
3. Sustainable Investment & Green Finance Analysis
- Support development of ESG-aligned financial products and green digital finance initiatives
- Analyze sustainable investment trends and environmental finance opportunities across emerging fintech markets
- Collaborate with product teams on responsible finance innovation strategies
4. ESG Reporting & Regulatory Intelligence
- Prepare institutional ESG reports aligned with international sustainability reporting frameworks
- Monitor emerging sustainability regulations impacting fintech ecosystems and digital finance operations
- Build operational reporting infrastructures supporting transparency and governance objectives
5. Strategic Sustainability Collaboration
- Work closely with fintech strategists, data scientists, financial analysts, and executive leadership teams
- Contribute to enterprise sustainability modernization initiatives
- Support development of long-term ESG governance and operational sustainability frameworks
Technical Requirements
- 5β10 years in ESG analytics, sustainable finance, financial risk analysis, or institutional sustainability operations
- Strong expertise in:
- ESG reporting methodologies
- Financial sustainability analysis
- Climate risk assessment frameworks
- Data analytics and visualization tools
- Financial modeling systems
- Sustainability intelligence platforms
- Experience working with:
- Banking or fintech ecosystems
- Investment analytics platforms
