A high-growth digital finance platform is hiring a highly strategic Senior Smart Contract Engineer – Embedded Finance & Lending Protocols to build secure programmable financial systems supporting advanced lending platforms, embedded finance ecosystems, merchant funding models, and next-generation automated credit delivery.

This role requires a deeply technical blockchain engineer capable of designing smart contract frameworks that power lending decisions, repayment automation, collateral governance, treasury-linked lending flows, and scalable embedded finance products across institutional-grade fintech operations.

The successful engineer will create the programmable financial logic behind lending ecosystems where transparency, automation, speed, and customer trust must work together seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop smart contracts for lending products, merchant finance platforms, repayment systems, and embedded financial services

• Build protocol architecture supporting automated underwriting logic, digital collateral structures, settlement rules, and treasury-linked credit operations

• Develop secure backend services connecting blockchain infrastructure with lending platforms, operational finance systems, and payment ecosystems

• Strengthen protocol security across audits, transaction validation, deployment governance, and wallet integration frameworks

• Collaborate with product teams, treasury specialists, compliance leaders, cybersecurity experts, and legal stakeholders

• Improve contract efficiency, transaction scalability, gas optimization, and enterprise-grade deployment resilience

• Support innovation involving programmable credit systems, tokenized lending structures, and intelligent financial automation

• Conduct technical architecture reviews and maintain blockchain engineering best practices across product teams

• Drive secure deployment standards and operational monitoring across distributed financial systems

• Mentor developers while helping establish long-term enterprise blockchain development governance

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Financial Technology, or equivalent technical qualification

• 6–9+ years of software development experience with strong blockchain protocol engineering exposure

• Advanced expertise in Solidity, Rust, Web3 architecture, smart contract security, and decentralized financial systems

• Experience building financial products involving lending operations, treasury systems, digital payments, or automated settlement logic

• Strong knowledge of API architecture, secure deployment pipelines, and compliance-sensitive engineering environments

• Strong technical leadership and strategic problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work within high-trust regulated fintech ecosystems
