A highly skilled Senior Mobile UX Designer is required to design seamless lending journeys across onboarding, credit applications, repayment flows, and customer lifecycle experiences.
This fully remote role combines UX strategy with product innovation across modern digital lending ecosystems.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Lending Experience Design
- Design mobile-first customer journeys across account creation, credit eligibility, loan applications, repayments, and collections experiences.
- Improve simplicity and trust across high-sensitivity financial interactions.
- Ensure financial transparency and usability across lending touchpoints.
2. Customer Research & Conversion Optimization
- Study user pain points, drop-off patterns, and behavioral friction across lending flows.
- Improve form completion, repayment participation, and customer retention through UX optimization.
- Use research insights to improve measurable business performance.
3. Product Collaboration & Workflow Design
- Partner with product teams, engineers, operations leaders, and compliance stakeholders.
- Translate lending operations into intuitive mobile experiences.
- Support launches of new financial products and customer lifecycle improvements.
4. Design Quality & System Scalability
- Maintain strong UX consistency across mobile lending products.
- Improve accessibility, trust indicators, and customer support flows.
- Strengthen reusable design patterns for scalable product delivery.
