A highly creative and strategic Senior Mobile-First Fintech Product Designer is required to lead the design of intuitive, high-conversion financial experiences across mobile wallets, payment platforms, and customer financial services.
This fully remote role offers significant influence across product strategy, customer engagement, and mobile experience innovation within modern fintech ecosystems.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Mobile-First Product Experience Design
- Design end-to-end mobile experiences across digital wallets, payment flows, transfers, merchant payments, and customer financial services.
- Create frictionless user journeys that simplify complex financial interactions.
- Improve accessibility, trust, and conversion across high-frequency transaction experiences.
2. UX Research & Behavioral Insights
- Analyze user behavior, onboarding friction, and drop-off points across financial product journeys.
- Conduct user testing and research to improve engagement and retention.
- Translate customer insights into design decisions that improve measurable business outcomes.
3. Design Systems & Product Consistency
- Build scalable mobile design systems for financial products across iOS and Android ecosystems.
- Ensure visual consistency, usability standards, and product reliability across multiple customer touchpoints.
- Improve collaboration between design, engineering, and product teams.
4. Cross-Functional Product Leadership
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, compliance teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Translate financial business goals into user-centered design solutions.
- Support launch of new mobile financial products and feature improvements.
