A highly strategic Senior Mobile Banking Product Manager is required to lead product innovation across mobile banking applications, digital wallets, payment experiences, and customer financial services.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Mobile Banking Product Strategy

  • Define and execute product strategy across digital wallets, peer-to-peer transfers, merchant payments, bill payments, and everyday banking interactions.
  • Build product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, business priorities, and market opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation across mobile financial services and embedded finance solutions.

2. Customer Experience & Feature Optimization

  • Improve onboarding journeys, payment conversion, and customer retention across mobile banking applications.
  • Use customer insights, analytics, and behavioral trends to prioritize product improvements.
  • Reduce friction across high-frequency financial interactions and transaction flows.

3. Cross-Functional Product Delivery

  • Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate strategic business goals into product execution plans.
  • Ensure successful delivery of secure, scalable, and customer-centered mobile banking features.

4. Product Performance & Growth

  • Monitor KPIs across engagement, retention, transaction volume, and product adoption.
  • Improve monetization opportunities across payment services and financial products.
  • Deliver strategic reporting and executive product performance insights.
