A highly capable Senior Mobile Banking Operations Manager is required to oversee mobile lending operations, onboarding workflows, repayment systems, and customer financial servicing across digital banking products.
This remote leadership role combines operational excellence, customer lifecycle management, and strategic product support across fast-scaling lending environments.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Mobile Lending Operations Management
- Oversee customer onboarding, account verification, loan servicing, repayments, and support workflows across mobile financial products.
- Improve operational consistency and customer lifecycle performance.
- Reduce friction across high-sensitivity financial interactions and lending touchpoints.
2. Customer Retention & Repayment Optimization
- Strengthen repayment participation, collections coordination, and customer engagement across digital lending platforms.
- Improve retention and reduce portfolio risk through operational excellence.
- Support sustainable financial performance across lending ecosystems.
3. Cross-Functional Product & Compliance Alignment
- Work closely with product managers, compliance teams, finance leaders, and operations stakeholders.
- Ensure mobile banking operations align with internal controls and customer trust standards.
- Support launch and optimization of new financial service features.
4. Performance Monitoring & Executive Reporting
- Build reporting frameworks across customer lifecycle performance, onboarding completion, and operational KPIs.
- Deliver strategic insights for leadership planning and business optimization.
- Improve forecasting and operational visibility across lending channels.
