A rapidly expanding financial infrastructure ecosystem in the Gulf region is actively recruiting a Senior Managing Director – Global Payments Architecture & Digital Treasury Intelligence to lead enterprise modernization across institutional payment ecosystems, treasury transformation programs, and multinational transaction infrastructure operations.
The organization seeks a commercially sophisticated fintech executive capable of designing globally connected financial ecosystems optimized for cross-border settlements, treasury forecasting, liquidity optimization, transaction orchestration, and enterprise operational resilience.
The selected executive will spearhead strategic modernization initiatives involving intelligent payment routing systems, digital treasury architecture, cloud-native settlement environments, liquidity intelligence platforms, and enterprise-scale financial infrastructure transformation.
Executive Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale payment modernization initiatives involving real-time settlement ecosystems, multi-rail transaction infrastructure, and institutional payment orchestration technologies.
- Design intelligent treasury systems capable of optimizing liquidity forecasting, automated reconciliation, operational forecasting, and transaction visibility.
- Oversee deployment of enterprise payment gateways, treasury automation technologies, cloud-native financial APIs, and settlement processing infrastructure.
- Coordinate strategic modernization projects involving infrastructure scalability, cybersecurity governance, operational resilience, and financial ecosystem optimization.
- Establish governance frameworks supporting transaction security, operational continuity, financial transparency, and international regulatory compliance.
- Build executive reporting environments measuring treasury efficiency, payment performance, infrastructure resilience, transaction scalability, and liquidity intelligence.
- Develop strategic partnerships involving international payment processors, enterprise banking infrastructure providers, treasury technology ecosystems, and financial innovation vendors.
- Monitor emerging financial technologies and identify commercially viable opportunities for enterprise modernization and institutional transaction growth.
- Support executive leadership in expanding multinational financial connectivity and treasury innovation capabilities.
- Represent the organization at international treasury innovation forums, global payment infrastructure conferences, and institutional banking summits.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Treasury Management, Financial Technology, Banking Infrastructure, Economics, or Information Systems.
- 12–16 years of experience within treasury operations, institutional payments, enterprise fintech modernization, or financial infrastructure strategy.
- Advanced expertise in treasury ecosystems, liquidity management systems, payment orchestration technologies, and institutional transaction infrastructure.
- Strong familiarity with cybersecurity governance, operational resilience, and enterprise financial compliance environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing multinational financial modernization initiatives.
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive stakeholder management capabilities.
- Commercially sophisticated mindset with strong understanding of global transaction ecosystems and emerging financial technologies.
