Role Overview
This role focuses on building a feature-rich financial super app that consolidates multiple consumer finance services into a single mobile experience—payments, savings, budgeting, and lending interfaces.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly mobile features that serve diverse financial needs.
Primary Responsibilities
Mobile Application Development
- Develop and maintain Flutter applications for consumer-facing financial products.
- Build reusable widgets and UI components aligned with design systems.
- Ensure consistency and responsiveness across devices.
Feature Engineering
- Implement core features such as:
- Wallet and account management
- Bill payments and transfers
- Budgeting and expense tracking tools
- Integrate APIs to enable real-time financial data updates.
User Experience Implementation
- Translate UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect Flutter interfaces.
- Ensure intuitive navigation and smooth interaction flows.
- Optimize user journeys to reduce friction in financial tasks.
Performance Optimization
- Improve application speed, responsiveness, and stability.
- Reduce memory usage and optimize rendering performance.
- Monitor and fix performance issues in production.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Write unit, widget, and integration tests for Flutter applications.
- Ensure high code quality and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement processes.
Technical Requirements
- Language: Dart
- Framework: Flutter
- State Management: Provider, Bloc
- APIs: RESTful services
- Tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines
Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of mobile development experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of Flutter development experience
- Experience delivering production-ready mobile applications
- Exposure to fintech or financial applications is preferred
