A highly skilled Senior Fintech Platform Engineer is required to build and maintain core banking systems, real-time payment infrastructure, and high-performance financial backend services.

This role is deeply technical and focuses on mission-critical financial system reliability and scalability.

Core Mission

To engineer fintech platforms that ensure:

• Real-time financial transaction processing
• Stable and secure core banking systems
• High-throughput payment infrastructure
• Scalable backend services for financial products
• Reliable integration with financial networks

Primary Responsibilities

1. Core Banking System Engineering

• Develop and maintain backend systems supporting accounts, balances, transactions, and ledger management.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across financial records and transaction flows.
• Improve system reliability for high-volume banking operations.

2. Real-Time Payment Infrastructure

• Build systems for instant payments, transfers, and settlement processing.
• Optimize latency and throughput for high-speed financial transactions.
• Ensure system resilience under peak transaction loads.

3. Backend Architecture & Scalability

• Design scalable microservices supporting fintech applications and banking platforms.
• Improve system performance, fault tolerance, and distributed processing efficiency.
• Support horizontal scaling of financial backend systems.

4. System Integration & Financial Connectivity

• Integrate backend systems with payment networks, financial APIs, and banking infrastructure.
• Ensure secure and reliable data exchange between fintech systems.
• Maintain system interoperability across financial ecosystems.

Required Expertise

• Backend engineering for fintech or banking systems
• Core banking architecture and ledger systems
• Real-time payment processing systems
• Distributed systems and microservices
• High-performance backend optimization

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 6–10+ years in backend engineering or fintech platform development
• Strong experience with financial systems or payment infrastructure
• Deep understanding of scalable distributed systems
• Strong problem-solving and systems design capability
