A highly experienced Senior Fintech Delivery & Integration Manager is required to lead remote implementation of digital banking systems, financial platform integrations, and enterprise fintech transformation programs.
This strategic role bridges technical delivery, operational readiness, and financial systems modernization.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Fintech Delivery Leadership
- Lead implementation of digital banking platforms, payment systems, and financial service integrations across enterprise environments.
- Coordinate deployment across engineering teams, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery milestones align with strategic business priorities.
2. Core Banking & API Integration Management
- Manage interoperability between fintech platforms, banking systems, payment processors, and third-party financial providers.
- Validate transaction accuracy, API performance, and operational readiness.
- Improve long-term reliability across integrated financial ecosystems.
3. Go-Live Execution & Stabilization
- Oversee deployment readiness, go-live planning, and post-launch stabilization frameworks.
- Reduce implementation risks and strengthen financial system continuity.
- Improve adoption across internal operational teams and external partners.
4. Strategic Stakeholder Governance
- Act as the central bridge between product, technology, compliance, finance, and executive leadership teams.
- Translate technical delivery into measurable business outcomes.
- Strengthen governance across enterprise fintech transformation initiatives.
