Engineer the Backbone of Digital Finance

Platform Reliability
- Develop enterprise reliability strategies.
- Improve system uptime and service availability.
- Enhance infrastructure resilience.
- Optimize application performance.
- Establish proactive monitoring frameworks.
Engineering Excellence
- Lead cloud-native modernization initiatives.
- Implement infrastructure automation.
- Strengthen DevSecOps practices.
- Improve deployment efficiency.
- Mentor engineering leadership teams.
Operational Governance
- Conduct resilience assessments.
- Oversee incident management.
- Improve disaster recovery readiness.
- Establish operational standards.
- Deliver executive operational reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
- Professional cloud certifications highly desirable.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in platform engineering, fintech infrastructure, cloud operations, or enterprise technology.
- Demonstrated leadership in high-availability environments.
