Executive Opportunity
A globally recognized fintech innovator is seeking a visionary Chief Financial AI & Automation Officer (CFAAO) to lead the organization’s enterprise-wide artificial intelligence strategy across digital banking, payment orchestration, financial analytics, customer intelligence, and operational automation.
As a member of the Executive Committee, you will be responsible for transforming financial services through advanced AI models, intelligent automation, predictive decision engines, and cloud-native fintech platforms. Your leadership will shape the next generation of financial experiences while driving operational efficiency, regulatory excellence, and sustainable business growth.
Key Strategic Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise AI transformation strategies.
- Lead the deployment of intelligent automation across financial operations.
- Build AI-powered payment optimization and transaction intelligence platforms.
- Oversee predictive analytics for lending, fraud prevention, and customer engagement.
- Establish governance for ethical and responsible AI in financial services.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and compliance teams.
- Drive innovation in generative AI applications for fintech.
- Build strategic partnerships with technology providers and financial institutions.
- Present innovation roadmaps and performance metrics to the Executive Board.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation and digital excellence.
Executive Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Finance, Engineering, or Data Science.
- MBA, MSc, or PhD preferred.
- 15+ years of executive leadership within fintech, AI, banking technology, or enterprise digital transformation.
- Proven success delivering large-scale AI initiatives.
- Outstanding leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management capabilities.
