Key Executive Responsibilities

- Develop long-term resilience and digital trust strategies.
- Establish enterprise governance frameworks.
- Drive innovation across financial technology platforms.
- Align resilience initiatives with corporate objectives.
- Evaluate emerging financial technologies and market opportunities.
Operational Leadership
- Lead enterprise resilience programmes.
- Strengthen business continuity capabilities.
- Improve operational readiness.
- Enhance digital customer confidence.
- Oversee enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
Technology Oversight
- Guide cloud modernization strategies.
- Improve enterprise platform reliability.
- Advance intelligent automation initiatives.
- Strengthen data governance.
- Promote technology standardization.
Executive Collaboration
- Advise Board and executive committees.
- Build strategic partnerships.
- Mentor senior leadership teams.
- Represent the organization at international fintech forums.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- MBA or Executive Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of executive experience in fintech, banking technology, enterprise technology, or digital transformation.
- Proven leadership in enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong commercial and strategic decision-making capabilities.
