A highly specialized Senior Behavioral Product Designer is required to design credit systems that balance user empowerment, responsible borrowing behavior, and sustainable lending ecosystems using behavioral science principles.

This role blends UX design, behavioral finance, and credit psychology in high-impact financial environments.


Core Mission

To design responsible credit experiences that:

Primary Responsibilities

1. Credit Behavior Research & Analysis

  • Study user borrowing behavior across credit applications, loan usage, and repayment cycles.
  • Identify psychological drivers behind debt accumulation, repayment delays, and financial stress.
  • Apply behavioral finance models such as hyperbolic discounting and cognitive overload.

2. Behavioral UX Design for Lending Products

  • Design mobile lending journeys that encourage responsible borrowing decisions.
  • Build UX patterns that promote transparency, affordability awareness, and repayment planning.
  • Develop behavioral nudges for repayment reminders and financial discipline reinforcement.

3. Experimentation & Behavioral Optimization

  • Run behavioral tests to evaluate how design changes influence borrowing and repayment behavior.
  • Improve lending conversion flows while maintaining responsible lending standards.
  • Optimize credit product engagement without increasing financial risk.

4. Cross-Functional Governance & Ethical Design

  • Work with compliance, product, data science, and risk teams.
  • Ensure behavioral interventions align with ethical lending standards.
  • Balance business growth with responsible financial behavior outcomes.
