Lead the Engineering of AI-Driven Banking Platforms
A globally connected fintech organization is expanding its advanced engineering capability and is seeking an accomplished Principal AI Banking Solutions Developer to build intelligent banking applications that leverage artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and predictive analytics to enhance customer experiences, strengthen security, and optimize enterprise financial operations.
You will lead complex software initiatives that shape the future of digital banking while collaborating with international engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, and data science teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design enterprise AI-enabled banking platforms.
- Develop intelligent financial automation systems.
- Build cloud-native payment applications.
- Create scalable microservice ecosystems.
- Integrate AI models into fraud detection and financial analytics.
- Develop secure APIs for banking and payment integrations.
- Optimize distributed financial systems.
- Establish software engineering standards.
- Mentor multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Drive cloud modernization initiatives.
- Collaborate across architecture, infrastructure, and product functions.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of enterprise software development experience.
- Expert knowledge of Python, Java, Go, Scala, C#, or Kotlin.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or AI integration frameworks.
- Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Terraform, and CI/CD.
- Advanced SQL and NoSQL database experience.
- Knowledge of distributed messaging systems and event-driven architecture.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity, encryption, and secure financial software development.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
