Your Mission
As a key member of the Engineering Division, you’ll translate complex financial challenges into secure, scalable, and resilient software products that deliver exceptional performance and customer experiences.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise-scale fintech applications using modern software engineering methodologies.
- Build secure RESTful and GraphQL APIs supporting banking ecosystems.
- Design scalable microservices handling high-volume financial transactions.
- Engineer payment orchestration and reconciliation services.
- Implement event-driven architectures using distributed messaging technologies.
- Develop reusable software components for enterprise financial platforms.
- Integrate digital payment gateways and financial service providers.
- Perform application performance tuning and optimization.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, Product, and Infrastructure teams.
- Participate in technical planning, architecture reviews, and engineering governance.
- Mentor junior developers while championing software craftsmanship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- 5+ years of enterprise software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, or Go.
- Experience building cloud-native applications.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of distributed systems and microservice architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
