An internationally expanding fintech organisation is seeking a commercially driven Regional Vice President β Enterprise FinTech Sales to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen market leadership across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
This executive sales position is responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, securing high-value enterprise clients, expanding regional partnerships, and leading a high-performing commercial organisation focused on digital financial solutions.
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will influence market strategy, oversee multimillion-dollar sales pipelines, and establish long-term relationships with banks, financial institutions, government entities, and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute GCC-wide enterprise sales strategies.
- Build sustainable revenue growth plans.
- Identify new business opportunities across banking, insurance, retail, and corporate sectors.
- Manage strategic account expansion initiatives.
Business Development
- Acquire high-value enterprise customers.
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements.
- Develop executive-level client relationships.
- Expand channel and technology partnerships.
Sales Management
- Lead regional enterprise sales teams.
- Establish performance targets and KPIs.
- Implement sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Mentor senior account executives and sales managers.
Executive Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Technology teams.
- Present commercial performance reports to executive leadership.
- Contribute to long-term corporate growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 12β15 years of enterprise B2B sales experience within fintech, banking technology, SaaS, or financial services.
- Proven record of consistently exceeding enterprise revenue targets.
- Strong executive negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading regional sales organisations.
