An expanding fintech enterprise is inviting applications for an Executive Front Desk Officer who will play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding workplace experience while supporting executive operations and corporate administration.
As the first point of contact for clients, partners, and stakeholders, you will embody the organization’s values through exceptional service, attention to detail, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced financial technology environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Receive and direct visitors, clients, and business partners.
- Handle incoming telephone calls and corporate correspondence.
- Coordinate executive calendars and meeting schedules.
- Organize visitor access and security procedures.
- Prepare meeting rooms with required documentation and presentation materials.
- Support travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and reception resources.
- Assist with administrative reporting and documentation.
- Coordinate courier services and document distribution.
- Promote a welcoming, organized, and professional reception environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in reception, customer service, banking, or corporate administration.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with modern office technologies and productivity software.
