Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in customer support or client services.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Good computer literacy and CRM knowledge.
