Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service or customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Professional attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
