This role extends beyond traditional reception responsibilities, serving as the first point of engagement for executive visitors, business partners, regulators, investors, clients, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate executive appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and digital communications.
  • Support visitor registration and access control procedures.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics.
  • Maintain executive reception and client hospitality areas.

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Office Management, or a related discipline.
  • Previous experience in front desk, executive reception, banking, or corporate administration.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
