Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer and visitor inquiries.
- Coordinate client appointments and meeting schedules.
- Support account opening and customer onboarding documentation.
- Manage front office communications via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Assist internal teams with administrative and operational tasks.
- Maintain accurate customer and visitor records.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and office reception activities.
- Handle incoming correspondence and document distribution.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, or a related discipline.
- Experience in reception, customer service, client support, or office administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
