- Oversee resource planning, technical mentoring, and talent development.
- Manage software delivery schedules while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Ensure engineering compliance with financial security and regulatory frameworks.
- Champion AI integration, cloud modernization, and automation initiatives.
- Represent engineering leadership during executive planning sessions.

Professional Requirements
