This role combines strategic partnership development, business growth, customer engagement, and commercial innovation, providing the opportunity to work with financial institutions, payment providers, technology partners, and large enterprises shaping the future of digital finance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop strategic partnership programmes supporting commercial growth.
- Identify and secure new customer acquisition opportunities.
- Build relationships with banks, payment providers, merchants, and enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop market-ready financial solutions.
- Lead commercial negotiations and partnership agreements.
- Monitor customer engagement, retention, and revenue performance.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Represent the organization at regional fintech conferences and networking events.
- Prepare commercial forecasts and executive business reports.
- Drive initiatives that improve customer lifetime value and market penetration.
