A rapidly expanding fintech organization is seeking a visionary P2P Payments Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and growth of next-generation peer-to-peer payment solutions. This role is ideal for a fintech professional who understands how seamless digital experiences, real-time payments, and customer-centric innovation can transform the way individuals and businesses transfer money.
As a key member of the product leadership team, you will collaborate with engineering, digital banking, compliance, cybersecurity, UX, and data analytics teams to deliver scalable payment products that set new standards for speed, convenience, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap for P2P payment services.
- Drive the development of real-time domestic and cross-border transfer solutions.
- Enhance user journeys across mobile payment applications.
- Analyze customer behavior to identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize product enhancements.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs and customer insights.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and security requirements.
- Coordinate successful product launches and feature releases.
- Build partnerships with banking and payment ecosystem stakeholders.
- Lead continuous product innovation and lifecycle management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience managing fintech or digital payment products.
- Strong understanding of payment ecosystems and digital wallets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience working within Agile product environments.
