A rapidly growing fintech institution is seeking an accomplished FinTech Digital Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production and operational delivery of digital financial products serving retail, commercial, and enterprise customers across the Gulf region.
This position is designed for a strategic operations leader who can seamlessly coordinate engineering, product management, quality assurance, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and customer success teams to ensure the successful production, deployment, and continuous enhancement of innovative financial technology solutions.
As a key member of the operational leadership team, you will oversee the production lifecycle of digital banking platforms, payment ecosystems, financial APIs, merchant solutions, and intelligent financial services while maintaining the highest standards of quality, resilience, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead production planning and release management for enterprise fintech platforms.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Manage software production schedules, deployment pipelines, and operational readiness.
- Optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and delivery speed.
- Monitor production performance using operational metrics and service-level indicators.

Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience managing digital production or technology operations within fintech, banking, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps, and software release management.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with enterprise collaboration and workflow management platforms.
