A next-generation financial innovation platform is hiring a highly strategic Lead Smart Contract & Fintech Protocol Developer – Embedded Finance Platforms to lead the creation of secure smart contract architecture, decentralized transaction systems, and programmable embedded finance products across regional fintech ecosystems.

This role requires a highly technical blockchain engineer capable of designing financial protocols that support lending systems, merchant finance platforms, settlement automation, treasury-linked transactions, tokenized collateral structures, and advanced digital asset workflows.

The successful engineer will be responsible for building the programmable logic behind modern financial products where transparency, automation, and trust must operate without friction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead smart contract development across lending products, payment settlement systems, merchant finance platforms, and embedded financial ecosystems

• Design secure protocol architecture for automated lending workflows, digital collateral systems, settlement logic, and treasury-linked transaction flows

• Build backend services for blockchain integrations across financial platforms, payment systems, and enterprise operational infrastructure

• Strengthen security across contract audits, transaction validation, wallet integrations, and protocol governance mechanisms

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, cybersecurity, product, and treasury teams to ensure institutional-grade financial delivery

• Improve performance across smart contract execution, blockchain transaction monitoring, and financial reporting visibility

• Support protocol optimization involving gas efficiency, scalability improvements, and resilient architecture design

• Oversee technical reviews, blockchain testing frameworks, and deployment governance standards

• Drive innovation involving tokenized financial products, programmable treasury systems, and next-generation embedded finance strategies

• Mentor engineering teams while establishing enterprise blockchain development standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Financial Technology, or equivalent technical qualification

• 6–10+ years of software engineering experience with significant blockchain protocol development exposure

• Strong expertise in Solidity, Rust, Web3 architecture, smart contract security, and decentralized application development

• Experience building financial applications involving lending, treasury systems, payments, or programmable asset infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of API architecture, cloud-native development, and security-first engineering practices

• Ability to lead complex engineering delivery across high-trust regulated fintech environments

• Excellent technical leadership and strategic architecture thinking
