Role Overview
This role focuses on leading the development of a Flutter-based financial super app, integrating multiple banking services into a unified mobile experience. You will be responsible for technical leadership, architectural decisions, and delivery of scalable mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile Platform Leadership
- Lead the design and development of Flutter applications across multiple financial services.
- Define coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level Flutter developers.
Feature Development & Integration
- Build advanced features such as account management, bill payments, lending interfaces, and financial dashboards.
- Integrate multiple backend services into a cohesive mobile experience.
- Ensure seamless navigation across diverse financial modules.
User Experience & UI Excellence
- Deliver high-quality, visually consistent interfaces aligned with design systems.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate concepts into production-ready features.
- Ensure responsiveness across various screen sizes and devices.
Scalability & Maintainability
- Implement scalable architecture supporting future feature expansion.
- Optimize codebase for maintainability and long-term sustainability.
- Manage app releases, versioning, and deployment pipelines.
Performance & Monitoring
- Monitor app performance and user behavior metrics.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure high availability and reliability of mobile applications.
Technical Requirements
- Languages: Dart
- Framework: Flutter
- State Management: Provider, Bloc
- Integration: REST APIs, WebSockets
- DevOps: CI/CD, Git workflows
Qualifications
- 6–10+ years in mobile development
- 3+ years of hands-on Flutter experience
- Proven experience leading mobile development teams or projects
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial applications
