A rapidly growing fintech organization is looking for a highly skilled Lead FinTech Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to build and maintain resilient cloud infrastructure supporting high-volume payment systems, digital banking platforms, and mission-critical financial applications.
You will collaborate with software engineers, cloud architects, cybersecurity specialists, and DevOps professionals to create highly available platforms capable of delivering uninterrupted financial services around the clock.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design highly resilient cloud infrastructure for financial applications.
- Develop automated deployment and infrastructure recovery solutions.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized financial services.
- Build monitoring, observability, and alerting frameworks.
- Conduct incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews.
- Improve system scalability, latency, and operational efficiency.
- Strengthen platform security in collaboration with cybersecurity teams.
- Mentor engineering professionals on reliability engineering best practices.
- Continuously improve operational excellence through automation.
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or DevOps.
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Linux, Prometheus, Grafana, Python, and Bash.
- Experience supporting fintech, banking, or enterprise financial platforms.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
