We are seeking a Cloud-Native Payments Software Engineer who enjoys solving large-scale engineering challenges while building resilient systems capable of processing millions of secure financial transactions every day.
What You’ll Build
You’ll contribute to platforms responsible for:
- Real-time payment authorization
- Merchant payment processing
- Digital wallet connectivity
- Cross-border transaction routing
- API-first financial ecosystems
- Intelligent payment orchestration
- Automated reconciliation services
- Financial reporting infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable payment processing services.
- Build secure cloud-native applications.
- Design event-driven financial systems.
- Create resilient backend microservices.
- Optimize API performance.
- Implement automated testing strategies.
- Improve deployment automation.
- Participate in Agile product development.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity specialists.
- Enhance system monitoring and observability.
- Support platform reliability engineering initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 4+ years of backend software engineering experience.
- Experience with Go, Java, Python, or C#.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Understanding of distributed systems.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
