Role Overview
As a senior member of the Engineering Excellence Group, you will:
- Develop highly available payment processing applications.
- Build enterprise-grade financial APIs.
- Design resilient microservices architecture.
- Engineer secure transaction orchestration platforms.
- Integrate digital payment ecosystems.
- Optimize backend performance for real-time financial operations.
- Build cloud-native distributed systems.
- Develop automated testing frameworks.
- Support CI/CD implementation.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews.
- Mentor software developers across engineering squads.
- Contribute to long-term technology strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.
- 6+ years of enterprise software engineering experience.
- Expertise in Java, Kotlin, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Micronaut, or Quarkus.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of API security and distributed systems.
