An internationally established financial technology organization is seeking a Senior Core Banking Software Developer to engineer highly resilient banking platforms that serve as the technological backbone for digital banking, payment processing, customer onboarding, treasury operations, and financial transaction management.
This role provides the opportunity to work on enterprise-scale financial systems supporting millions of users while collaborating with globally distributed software architects, cloud engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and product innovators.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop next-generation core banking applications.
- Build secure microservices supporting financial transaction processing.
- Develop enterprise RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Create scalable backend services for banking operations.
- Integrate payment networks and external financial systems.
- Develop cloud-native applications using container technologies.
- Optimize database architecture and transaction performance.
- Participate in solution architecture and technical governance.
- Perform code reviews and mentor engineering teams.
- Support DevSecOps implementation and automated deployment pipelines.
- Maintain software quality through testing and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, C#, or Python.
- Experience with Spring Boot or .NET Core.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
- Understanding of secure software engineering and enterprise architecture.
