Engineer the Cloud Platforms Behind Modern Financial Innovation
An internationally expanding fintech organization is seeking a highly accomplished Principal FinTech DevOps & Platform Developer to lead the engineering of secure cloud platforms supporting digital banking, payment processing, financial analytics, and enterprise software delivery.
You will play a critical role in designing resilient infrastructure, automating software delivery pipelines, and ensuring financial platforms operate with exceptional reliability, security, and scalability.
Core Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cloud-native financial infrastructure.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
- Design secure CI/CD pipelines for enterprise fintech applications.
- Automate containerized deployments using Kubernetes.
- Enhance platform monitoring, logging, and observability.
- Implement DevSecOps best practices.
- Improve disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.
- Collaborate with software engineering and cybersecurity teams.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and operational efficiency.
- Mentor platform engineers and drive engineering excellence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to support long-term innovation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of software engineering or DevOps experience.
- Expertise in Python, Go, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture.
- Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
