An internationally expanding fintech enterprise is seeking a visionary Vice President – Embedded Finance & Strategic Partnerships to lead the commercialization and expansion of embedded financial solutions throughout the Gulf region.
This executive role is responsible for creating strategic alliances with banks, digital platforms, retailers, telecommunications providers, and enterprise organizations while driving the adoption of innovative financial products integrated seamlessly into everyday digital experiences.
You will influence regional growth strategies, negotiate high-value partnerships, and oversee cross-functional teams responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and customer-centric financial ecosystems.
Your Strategic Responsibilities
- Lead regional embedded finance strategy and commercial expansion.
- Establish partnerships with banking institutions and enterprise clients.
- Design Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) growth initiatives.
- Develop innovative revenue models for embedded financial products.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on API-driven financial integrations.
- Identify emerging fintech opportunities through market intelligence.
- Lead executive negotiations with strategic partners.
- Monitor portfolio performance through financial and operational KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with evolving financial regulations.
- Represent the organization at regional fintech conferences and executive forums.
Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years’ leadership experience within fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Demonstrated success in partnership development and commercial negotiations.
- Strong knowledge of embedded finance, digital banking, APIs, and payment ecosystems.
- Exceptional executive communication and leadership skills.
