Role Responsibilities
Engineering Excellence
- Design and build embedded finance platforms.
- Develop secure banking integration APIs.
- Engineer scalable payment gateway solutions.
- Create real-time transaction processing systems.
- Develop financial reconciliation services.
Cloud & Platform Development
- Build cloud-native applications.
- Deploy Kubernetes-based workloads.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning.
- Develop CI/CD deployment pipelines.
- Improve platform observability.
Collaboration
- Work alongside Product Managers and UX teams.
- Mentor software developers.
- Conduct technical design reviews.
- Support Agile software delivery.
- Drive engineering innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- 6+ years developing enterprise software.
- Expertise in Go, Java, Python, TypeScript, or Rust.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Redis.
- Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
- Understanding of secure coding principles and API security.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
