The Opportunity
A next-generation financial technology organization is looking for an experienced Principal Digital Payments Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of sophisticated payment infrastructures that enable secure, real-time financial transactions across enterprise digital ecosystems.
As a technical leader, you will define software architecture, establish engineering standards, and drive the development of highly available financial systems supporting payment orchestration, digital wallets, transaction processing, and financial interoperability.

Professional Requirements

- Strong programming expertise in Java, Go, Python, C#, or Scala.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Quarkus, or ASP.NET Core.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and service mesh technologies.
- Strong database expertise across SQL and NoSQL platforms.
- Experience implementing secure authentication, authorization, and encryption frameworks.
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
