We are seeking a visionary Principal AI & Financial Systems Developer to lead the creation of scalable software solutions that enhance digital banking, automate financial decision-making, and deliver personalized financial experiences.
You will work at the intersection of software engineering, machine learning integration, and enterprise financial technology—guiding the technical direction of transformative products while remaining actively involved in hands-on development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of AI-enabled financial platforms.
- Build scalable backend systems supporting intelligent automation.
- Integrate machine learning models into enterprise applications.
- Develop secure APIs for financial products and services.
- Architect cloud-native, highly available software solutions.
- Improve application scalability, reliability, and observability.
- Establish technical standards and engineering governance.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leads.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and cloud architects.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of enterprise software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, Go, or C#.
- Experience with FastAPI, Spring Boot, or .NET Core.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineering teams.
