This role demands a highly technical blockchain engineer capable of building secure financial protocols where lending decisions, repayment flows, collateral management, and financial governance are executed through trusted programmable architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop smart contract systems supporting lending products, embedded finance platforms, merchant funding models, and treasury-linked credit operations

• Develop backend services integrating blockchain systems with lending platforms, treasury operations, and payment infrastructure

• Strengthen protocol security across smart contract audits, transaction validation, wallet integrations, and deployment governance

• Collaborate with product teams, treasury specialists, compliance leaders, cybersecurity experts, and legal stakeholders

• Improve gas efficiency, transaction scalability, execution performance, and enterprise deployment resilience

• Support innovation involving programmable lending models, tokenized financial products, and intelligent automated finance systems

• Conduct architecture reviews, blockchain testing frameworks, and long-term protocol optimization initiatives

• Establish engineering standards across blockchain deployment, monitoring, and operational security

• Mentor development teams while supporting enterprise blockchain governance frameworks

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Financial Technology, or equivalent technical qualification

• 6–10+ years of software development experience with significant blockchain protocol engineering exposure

• Strong expertise in Solidity, Rust, Web3 systems, smart contract security, and decentralized financial architecture

• Experience building financial applications involving lending, treasury systems, payments, or embedded finance

• Strong knowledge of API design, cloud-native engineering, and security-first development standards

• Ability to lead complex engineering delivery within regulated financial environments

• Excellent technical leadership and strategic architecture thinking
