Position Summary
An internationally recognised fintech innovation programme is seeking a highly experienced Lead AI Infrastructure & MLOps Engineer to build and manage enterprise AI infrastructure supporting advanced financial analytics, fraud detection, intelligent automation, and predictive customer insights.
The successful candidate will establish highly scalable machine learning operations, optimise cloud-native AI environments, and ensure secure deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions powering modern financial services.
Key Responsibilities
AI Platform Engineering
- Design scalable AI infrastructure.
- Build automated machine learning deployment pipelines.
- Manage enterprise model lifecycle operations.
- Optimise GPU and cloud computing environments.
Cloud Engineering
- Develop resilient cloud-native platforms.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning.
- Improve system observability.
- Enhance enterprise resilience.
Technical Leadership
- Mentor AI engineers and platform specialists.
- Lead architecture reviews.
- Define engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, software engineering, and data science teams.
Continuous Innovation
- Evaluate emerging AI infrastructure technologies.
- Improve deployment efficiency.
- Enhance operational reliability.
- Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10β15 years of experience in cloud engineering, MLOps, AI infrastructure, or fintech technology.
- Proven expertise managing enterprise AI platforms.
- Excellent technical leadership and communication skills.
