Position Overview
A leading financial technology organization is investing in next-generation fraud prevention technologies and seeks a highly accomplished Principal – AI Fraud Analytics & Financial Security Engineering to lead the development of intelligent security platforms protecting enterprise financial ecosystems.
The successful candidate will combine advanced analytics, machine learning, behavioural intelligence, and cybersecurity principles to detect emerging threats, reduce financial risk, and strengthen organizational resilience across high-volume digital transaction environments.
Key Responsibilities
Artificial Intelligence
- Develop AI-powered fraud detection models.
- Build predictive financial risk algorithms.
- Improve anomaly detection capabilities.
- Design behavioural analytics solutions.
- Enhance intelligent transaction monitoring.
Security Engineering
- Strengthen enterprise financial security architecture.
- Improve cyber resilience frameworks.

Leadership
- Mentor data scientists and security engineers.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fintech, fraud analytics, financial security, cybersecurity, or enterprise analytics.
- Strong quantitative modelling and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent technical leadership and communication skills.
