An emerging Gulf-region financial technology ecosystem is seeking a motivated and highly detail-oriented Junior Fintech Back Office Compliance & Transaction Processing Officer to support daily transaction processing activities, operational compliance administration, and financial documentation management within a rapidly evolving fintech environment.

The selected candidate will join a dynamic operational team responsible for ensuring transaction accuracy, maintaining financial records, supporting compliance procedures, and assisting with enterprise payment administration activities.
Operational Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions and maintain operational transaction records across digital finance systems.
- Support operational compliance reviews involving customer documentation and transaction verification procedures.
- Monitor payment processing activities and identify transaction irregularities or operational inconsistencies.
- Maintain organized records of financial documents, settlement files, and operational reports.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational summaries for management review.
- Coordinate with customer support teams and finance personnel regarding transaction-related operational matters.
- Support reconciliation activities involving payment settlements and operational balancing procedures.
- Ensure accurate data entry across transaction systems and operational reporting platforms.
- Assist with internal audit preparation and enterprise documentation management.
- Participate in workflow improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing transaction processing efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
- 1–3 years of experience within banking operations, fintech support, financial administration, or transaction processing environments.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of financial operations and digital payment processes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive operational information.
- Basic knowledge of operational compliance procedures and financial documentation management.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting tools.
