An internationally respected fintech enterprise is seeking a visionary Head of Regulatory Technology (RegTech) & Financial Compliance to establish intelligent compliance ecosystems supporting digital banking, payments, lending, and financial services across the Gulf region.
This influential role blends regulatory leadership with technology innovation, enabling organizations to strengthen governance while accelerating digital transformation.
Your Strategic Mission
You will build a future-ready compliance environment by integrating intelligent automation, advanced analytics, regulatory reporting technologies, and enterprise governance frameworks that support sustainable business growth.
Primary Responsibilities
Compliance Leadership
- Develop enterprise compliance strategies.
- Strengthen corporate governance.
- Oversee regulatory reporting.
- Lead compliance transformation projects.
Technology & Automation
- Implement intelligent compliance systems.
- Improve regulatory workflow automation.
- Enhance monitoring capabilities.
- Deploy AI-assisted compliance analytics.
Risk Management
- Conduct enterprise compliance assessments.
- Develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor emerging regulatory developments.
- Support internal audit programs.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Advise executive leadership.
- Build relationships with regulators.
- Lead multidisciplinary compliance teams.
- Promote ethical business culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Professional compliance certification preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of leadership within fintech, banking, financial services, or regulatory environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise governance and financial compliance.
- Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills.
