Primary Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Fintech Strategy Leadership
- Define and execute the long-term fintech vision across digital payments, banking services, merchant ecosystems, and embedded finance solutions.
- Lead strategic planning for financial technology modernization and business transformation.
- Identify new market opportunities across regional and international financial ecosystems.
2. Digital Payments Ecosystem Development
- Oversee payment infrastructure strategy, merchant solutions, and transaction ecosystem optimization.
- Drive innovation across payment gateways, wallets, settlement systems, and real-time financial services.
- Improve payment scalability, customer adoption, and financial product competitiveness.
3. Executive Cross-Functional Governance
- Lead collaboration across technology, compliance, operations, product, and executive leadership teams.
- Ensure fintech growth aligns with regulatory requirements and operational resilience.
- Translate business objectives into enterprise-level fintech execution.
4. Revenue Growth & Performance Management
- Own fintech P&L influence across payment products and financial services portfolios.
- Improve revenue performance, operational efficiency, and customer retention.
- Deliver executive reporting and strategic board-level insights.
