Primary Responsibilities

- Build scalable frameworks for sustainable profitability across credit ecosystems.
2. Portfolio Performance & Monetization
- Oversee repayment behavior, delinquency trends, collections effectiveness, and lending profitability.
- Improve customer lifecycle value and strengthen portfolio resilience.
- Optimize financial outcomes across lending operations and credit servicing platforms.
3. Financial Reporting & Executive Decision Support
- Build reporting structures for portfolio performance, repayment forecasts, and strategic revenue planning.
- Deliver executive insights for investment decisions and growth planning.
- Improve forecasting accuracy and long-term financial visibility.
4. Cross-Functional Governance & Commercial Alignment
- Work closely with finance, compliance, product, and collections leadership teams.
- Ensure operational performance aligns with governance expectations and strategic growth priorities.
- Support new lending product commercialization and market expansion.
