A highly accomplished Head of Fintech Revenue Growth is required to lead enterprise-wide revenue strategy across payments infrastructure, merchant services, financial partnerships, and digital product monetization.
This fully remote executive leadership role provides strategic ownership across revenue acceleration, pricing strategy, customer growth, and long-term commercial expansion.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Revenue Strategy
- Define and execute the long-term revenue roadmap across payment products, merchant services, digital wallets, and embedded finance ecosystems.
- Identify new monetization opportunities across fintech services and strategic partnerships.
- Build scalable revenue models that support sustainable financial growth.
2. Merchant Growth & Commercial Expansion
- Lead growth strategies across merchant acquisition, partner ecosystems, and payment network expansion.
- Improve transaction volume, merchant retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Strengthen pricing strategies and commercial performance across payment channels.
3. Strategic Partnerships & Financial Ecosystem Development
- Build high-value commercial relationships with payment providers, enterprise partners, banking institutions, and financial platforms.
- Support regional and international market expansion through strategic alliances.
- Improve cross-border revenue opportunities across digital finance ecosystems.
4. Executive Performance Management
- Deliver board-level reporting across revenue performance, commercial strategy, and market growth.
- Work closely with product, finance, operations, and executive leadership teams.
- Translate revenue insights into strategic business decisions and investment priorities.
