- Build scalable frameworks for sustainable financial operations.
2. Lending Infrastructure & Performance Management
- Oversee operational performance across digital lending channels, customer servicing systems, and credit portfolio platforms.
- Improve repayment visibility, collections execution, and portfolio profitability.
- Strengthen platform controls that protect long-term lending performance.
3. Risk Governance & Compliance Alignment
- Ensure platform operations align with financial controls, audit readiness, and regulatory expectations.
- Strengthen operational risk management across lending systems and transaction monitoring environments.
- Improve compliance-by-design across platform workflows.
4. Executive Reporting & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Deliver strategic reporting across financial performance, operational risk, and platform growth outcomes.
- Work closely with finance, compliance, product, and executive leadership teams.
- Translate operational insights into board-level decision-making.
