As Head of Digital Payments Engineering, you will lead engineering teams responsible for designing modern payment infrastructure capable of delivering high availability, exceptional performance, and seamless customer experiences across digital channels.

Platform Engineering
- Design enterprise payment architecture.

Technical Leadership
- Build high-performing engineering teams.

- Enhance platform observability.
- Support continuous modernization initiatives.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- Minimum 10 years of engineering leadership experience.
- Strong background in fintech, digital payments, or enterprise software.
- Experience managing distributed engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
